Fringe Boutique opened in Bellingham, WA in October 2015, and has won Best Boutique in Best of the Northwest every year since.
Owner and Bellingham native, Rhiannon Troutman, had long been dreaming of creating a space to bring Bellingham woman style in all areas of their life. We started with a mix of clothing, accessories, jewelry, gifts, and home décor, but have since expanded. In the Spring of 2018 we remodeled the back of the shop to include a full women’s shoe store within our existing walls. In the Spring of 2023, we expanded again with a move into the heart of the Downtown Bellingham shopping district, and tripled our store size to include a special events space where we host events like Wine Walk, permanent jewelry and charm bar pop-ups, and invite creatives in to teach classes and workshops like earring making and hat burning. Whether you’re searching for the perfect gift, an outfit for a special occasion, or something to brighten your home, we love to be your personal shoppers and stylists!
